What’s Included

Winters Tale Country Barn provides everything you need to ensure your country wedding is nothing short of perfection. With a seating capacity of 120 and a total capacity of 200, including an adjoining marquee, a festoon-lit courtyard, and a lush third-acre garden, you’ll have ample space to celebrate. All the extra touches, from mood lighting and twinkling fairy lights to a cutting-edge sound system, are already in place – all you need to bring is the party spirit!

Facilities & Accommodation

• Exclusive use of the venue and grounds from 9.30 am on the day of your wedding until 11 am the following day.
• Access on the prior afternoon from 1 pm to 5 pm for pre-wedding setup.
• Harvest Moon Barn & Ember Eve Barn included for the night of your wedding, also available for hire the night before for an additional charge.
• Capacity to seat up to 120 in the Main Barn on 5ft round guest tables with limewash Chiavari chairs.
• Large semi-permanent marquee adjoining the barn set in a third of an acre garden, perfect for garden games.
• Fully stocked bar with card/contactless payments/cash facilities and experienced friendly bar staff.
• All glassware included for the bar and drinks packages.
• Rose gold-themed Cocktail Bar on the gallery with a dedicated cocktail mixologist (opens as part of the evening entertainment).
• Comfortable ‘Chill Out’ area adjacent to the cocktail bar with low-level seating and ambient lighting.
• Secret Garden for some quiet couple time and romantic portrait shots.
• Spacious car park for approximately 40 vehicles (plus overflow car park available in the drier months).
• Wheelchair access throughout the ground floor.
• Spacious baby changing facilities.

• Two large white cherry blossom tree canopies on display in the main barn.
• Red aisle carpet for your ceremony.
• Rustic log cake stand, ceremonial cake knife, round cake table with a tablecloth.
• 2 x easels to display your wedding signage.
• 4 x highchairs.
• Handheld wireless microphone for speeches.
• 2 x dropdown screens & projectors for showing your own photos and videos.
• 2 x vintage milk churns for floral displays.
• Vintage haycart in the courtyard as a photo backdrop (weather dependent).
• Additional onsite décor items available to hire from us – vintage bicycle, blossom tree centrepieces, and artificial garland.

• Fairy lights throughout the Barn and grounds creating a magical atmosphere.
• Festoon lighting in our marquee & courtyard.
• Specialist Mood Lighting System – vaulted beams lit to match your colour scheme, transforming the vibe from daytime to party in the evening.
• State-of-the-art sound system on which to play your own online playlist. Portable Bluetooth Bose speaker for use outside/marquee.
• Underfloor heating for the chillier months.

• Their Wedding Coordinators on hand to offer guidance, support, and planning advice from the time of booking.
