We honestly could not have asked for a better photographer for our wedding day at Barton Hall. Having known Lewis previously as his hairdresser back home in Northampton, I already knew how wonderful he is, but seeing him in action as a wedding professional was just amazing! Everybody at the wedding absolutely loved Lewis. He brought such a fun, relaxed energy to the day and made everyone feel completely at ease in front of the camera. One thing that really stood out was how brilliantly Lewis worked alongside our videographer. They teamed up seamlessly, making sure every special moment was caught without ever getting in each other’s way. Most importantly, Lewis captured our day at Barton Hall so perfectly. Looking through the photos brought all the emotions right back, and we will cherish these stunning images forever. We highly recommend Lewis to everyone! We had the most enjoyable experience with Lewis documenting our wedding in Lutterworth. He is professional, creative and knows how to engage with some nervous crowd. Have already recommended him to our friends whose looking to get married next year, absolutely recommend his service for anyone who wants punchy and creative shots, his use of light and colour is spot on to what we love.

I can’t imagine my wedding day without Lewis. He was everything I could’ve hoped for from a photographer. Leading up to the day, everything we wanted was discussed in detail. So, on the day itself we could really relax knowing we were on the same page and Lewis had it all covered. We got married at Notley Abbey in Haddenham which has so many beautiful backdrops for photos, and Lewis guided us around them all in a way that felt effortless and easy. No forced posing or smiling. Just authentic and us. He was there all day capturing all the chaos and everyone I spoke to said he was incredible. So easy to get on with and up for anything. If something funny was happening, Lewis was there making sure he documented it! Honestly, Lewis was a pleasure to work with and I would be happy to recommend him time and time again to anyone getting married!

Lewis was absolutely incredible, from the first phone call over a year ago to the final goodbye on the night (of which we were very sad to see him go!) he was an absolute gentleman and went above and beyond our expectations, including being game with going up in a very high cherry picker for the group pic! We had our wedding in a church and then on a family farm and the photos have captured the fun, the laughs, the heartfelt moments so perfectly. Everything felt so natural and candid and he put at us ease immediately, I can’t recommend him enough!

Lewis was brilliant in the lead up to the wedding and even better when he was with us, he was everything we wanted from a wedding photographer. I can’t even being to describe how happy I am with Lewis and the photos he took for our big day. For start to finish he was amazing. He was there from morning preparation until the evening party at The Betsey Wynne, Buckingham. We have already received so many complements on the photos and how fab Lewis was on the day. If you’re looking for someone who really cares about what they are doing, allows you to be yourself, makes you feel comfortable and also have a laugh with Lewis is your guy!

We highly recommend Lewis Bishop for wedding photography. He was punctual, personable and professional throughout the day. He blended in with the crowd and captured the most beautiful and intimate moments so creatively. Everyone commented on how lovely he was, like he was one of the guests. If you want an elite level photographer who will get unbelievable pictures of your special, once in a lifetime day, then honestly don’t hesitate to use Lewis. We used Lewis after seeing his work at a wedding fair. Our venue had to change to Chester House Estate, and even though it was then a venue he hadn’t used before he had no hesitation. He did a video call with us beforehand, got all the key info and listened to what we wanted. He then turned up early to the venue, did all the prep to find the perfect backdrops for spectacular photos. He sent us the photos and a slideshow within a few days and I was honestly beyond blown away! His craftsmanship was outstanding, the quality of work was on another level! He captured so photos even beyond our wildest imaginations, always had helpful hints and tips but always always let you lead the way if you wanted. On top of this, he is such a top top nice bloke. It felt like having a mate at my wedding with Lewis there, he made it a pleasure, effortless and so natural to take photos on such a big day. So natural and exquisite photography, I would never hesitate to use Lewis and it is worth every penny! Mutiple guests said how nice he was and how he worked his socks off! It was one of the hottest days of the year but he still did such a phenomenal job! Eternally grateful to him for capturing such beautiful moments on our big day! Biggest Thank you Lewis!

I can’t emphasize enough how glad I am to have booked Lewis for our wedding at Chester House Rushden. He slotted in to the day seamlessly, took so many amazing candid photos (it seems like noone has a bad angle!), and how easy he made the portraits to do. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend him!

We initially chose Lewis as we loved the natural photos on his website. After speaking to him we felt reassured that he would capture what we wanted for our small family wedding, relaxed informal shots and some more formal photos as well. The photos he captured were perfect. The slideshow showed the story of the day. There were lovely photos of us, capturing emotion and laughter, and most of all photos we are looking forward to putting up! There were also fab photos of the guests. Lewis was so accommodating taking lots of photos of different people that we asked him to on the day. Lewis managed to get the shots without us ever feeling his presence and the guests commented how lovely he was. We would highly recommend.

Lewis photographed our wedding day on the 21st March at Kelmarsh Hall, and wow, was he incredible! From the first consultation call, Lewis was so easy to talk to and we really liked the sound of his relaxed documentary photography style as we knew we wanted lots of candid moments captured. Then in the weeks leading up to the day, Lewis was always available to promptly respond to any queries and no question was too much trouble. On the day, Lewis ensured to arrive at the venue prior to shooting to greet us and also to get familiar with the venue and and scout out the perfect photo spots! Honestly, Lewis felt more like a friend than a vendor on the day, as he was so friendly and easy to get along with, and this resulted in us feeling relaxed when it came to the portraits. Lewis really put zero pressure on us to take several portraits and this was appreciated, so that we could spend as much time as possible enjoying the day and spending time with our guests. The day after the wedding Lewis very promptly gave us some sneak peak photos, and we knew just from this preview that the photos were all going to be incredible! Shortly after this, we received our photos and they really do tell the story of an amazing day, with the perfect balance of portraits with loved ones and candid moments that demostrate the true emotions of the day. I will absolutely be recommending Lewis to everyone I know. Thank you so so much, Lewis!

Lewis was our photographer for our wedding and we are so glad with our decision to have him as a supplier. From the first message Lewis was very reassuring, caring and informative about what to expect on the day and the process beforehand too. He was on hand any day or time for queries and questions we had and we genuinely felt Lewis cared and was excited for our wedding too! We were both nervous about having photos taken and felt daunted by the idea of it but on the day we felt so relaxed and Lewis fitted into the atmosphere of the wedding and we barely noticed him at all! The couples portraits felt so natural and we actually loved the time away together and didn’t feel awkward which we were worried about before. We are beyond delighted with our full gallery of photos, I don’t know how we will decide on our favourites for the album. They are truly priceless! Everyone has commented to us how Lewis has captured the emotions and atmosphere of the day and the happiness from every photo means we can relive that every day. Thank you so much Lewis! Would recommend to anyone especially those nervous about having their photos taken but still want their special day captured.

Honestly, if you need a photographer for your wedding just go ahead and book Lewis. He was the perfect addition to our day and captured the most beautiful photos that we will cherish forever. From start to finish Lewis was involved in the whole day and it felt as though everybody knew him already and was just one of our guests. His kindness, approachableness, humor and creativity really made us relax into the day and it felt so easy, especially for people who have never had professional photos done! He was able to capture authentic moments that we would never have imagined and allowed us to relive our special day from a different angle. No ask was too much, he even used his drone to capture photos of all of our guests which was so unexpected but fantastic. I can’t put into words how grateful we are for Lewis capturing our wedding day, so thank you Lewis for being such an incredible person and photographer. We had so much fun with Lewis and would recommend anybody who needs a photographer to work with him. Many of his reviews commented on how Lewis slotted into the wedding party and was so friendly with all the guests, this was the case on our day too. He had a very nice, pleasant and kind manner with all the guests- adults and children alike.
