A stunning wedding venue in the heart of Northamptonshire.

SEDGEBROOK HALL PROVIDES THE PERFECT SETTING FOR YOUR WEDDING!

During March I photographed the wedding of Leanne & Bryn at the beautiful Sedgebrook Hall, located in Northamptonshire. It was lovely to return here again after so long, and I look forward to returning later in the year. In fact I love the venue that much, I have even created a venue page on my website just for it!

Well, where to start….this was another wedding that I shall never forget, packed full of so many lovely moments. As mentioned, I haven’t returned here for some time, so I visited the venue a week before the big day to scope out ideas and get a feel for the place again. Upon arriving, my head filled with ideas, and I knew instantly I could create something special for the couple.

I am more of a moment driven wedding photographer, documenting a wedding day as naturally as possible, but I do still take a lot of pride in creating unique wedding portraits for each and every couple. This venue had some lovely spots in particular for couple portraits, and Leanne & Bryn were more than happy to go ahead with all the ideas I had in my mind (Thank you!)

I met up with Leanne & Bryn at their home, around a month before their big day to go through all the finer details. Upon meeting them, I feel like we instantly clicked. They were incredibly laid back, and clearly very much in love. I knew after meeting up with them, that their wedding day was going to be memorable. All of the guests made me feel very welcome on the day, and everywhere I looked people were smiling, laughing, and having a great time.

A few moments stand out for me, as there were a few firsts (even after all the weddings I have captured, it proves I haven’t seen it all!). A number of guests decided to bring a few cheeky drinks into the ceremony room, but were ‘politely’ told to leave and put them back at the bar (I couldnt help but chuckle to myself). A few minutes later the guests were then doing the Mexican wave in the ceremony! (Which again made me laugh!)

The whole day went incredibly smoothly, and to be honest, I wish I could have stayed longer (I was only booked for 6 hours) as I can imagine the rest of the day was just as epic, and full of great moments.

Overall, the day was a blast. I wish both Leanne & Bryn a lifetime of happiness together!
