What we collect

When you send an enquiry

Our contact form asks for your name and your partner’s name, your wedding date and venue, your email address, your phone number (optional) and anything else you choose to tell us, such as how you found us. We receive the same kind of information if you email, call or message us directly.

When you book us

If you go on to book, we also keep the details needed to plan and deliver your wedding photography, such as your booking agreement, contact and billing details, payment records and the timings and arrangements for the day.

When you browse the website

Like most websites, ours collects information about how it is used, such as the pages you visit, roughly where you are, the device and browser you use and how you arrived. This comes from cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies and analytics below).

Photographs

The images we take at weddings show you and your guests. How we may use them, for example in our portfolio, on this website or on social media, is set out in the booking agreement, and you can ask us at any time to remove an image of you from the website.

  • To deliver the photography you have booked, including planning, communication, editing and delivering your images. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
  • To keep financial and business records. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
  • To understand how the website is used, improve it and measure our advertising. Lawful basis: legitimate interests and, where required, your consent.
  • To show our work in our portfolio, blog and social media. Lawful basis: as agreed in your booking agreement, or your consent.

We do not sell your personal information, and we will not add you to a marketing mailing list without your permission.
