Your wedding day is not like anyone else's, so your wedding photography experience shouldn't be either!
Here you will find out what is included in the wedding photography packages, explain the booking process, and answer frequently asked questions.
It's about people over prices...
Photography is the one part of a wedding day you shouldn't just settle on, you don’t just want any wedding photographer to document your special day. The best thing you can do is to find a photographer with a sense of humour, full of energy, and who will support you through the entire process.
From getting ready to the first dance and beyond. You deserve an unforgettable experience, that not only will make you feel relaxed & natural in front of the camera but will give you those epic and meaningful wedding photos you have been dreaming about.
I will be there every step of the way to support your vision and help get you ready with everything you need for your big day. Beyond photographing your most memorable moments, I develop sincere friendships with all my couples to create the kind of trust that makes for authentic & meaningful wedding photos.

“If you are looking for a great photographer to capture your wedding day, then look no further than Lewis Bishop! Lewis did an amazing job of photographing both our engagement shoot and our wedding. He listened and took on board all of our visions and the photos have turned out better than expected. Lewis was so accommodating throughout the whole planning process and on the day itself. We cannot wait to have more family shots in the future. Thanks again x”
What to Expect
This is probably the first and last time you’re going to plan a wedding, so it’s totally okay to have no idea how anything works! Let me walk you through the process and see if you think the experience I provide is everything you’re looking for.
Since every couple is unique, their wedding will be just as unique.
Wedding photography is definitely an investment and can vary depending on the season, venue, and date. When looking for a wedding photographer, look beyond the price alone. I love simplicity and decided that my prices should reflect this. I have no hidden charges or unexpected requirements.
A 20% deposit and signed contract are due to reserve your date, and can be done completely online!
How do you photograph weddings?
I love two things above all when photographing weddings – real, unposed, moments, and beautiful portraits.
I work as hard as I can to provide you with both of these. I try to capture you and your family and friends exactly as they are, as opposed to me frequently asking you to pose and do things.
I like to work in a way that makes you feel completely at ease in order for me to capture real, honest moments. Hopefully, you will almost forget that I am there, which in my opinion brings the best results.
I find that the more relaxed you are, the more natural your photographs will be, which in my opinion produces better results.
One of the nicest things people can say when they look at their photographs for the first time is that they don’t remember the photograph being taken – I LOVE that.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm Northamptonshire based and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. I always say, I would even travel to the moon to capture a wedding if I could (Maybe one day!) There is no limit to how far I will travel to capture your wedding day!
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within a maximum of 5 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season). As well as receiving your images on a USB you can also download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
How many pictures will we receive?
For 12 hours coverage, you will receive between 500 to 700 fully edited images. I always choose quality rather than quantity and I will choose the best and most significant photos to tell your story. When it comes to editing, there is no batch editing, meaning that every single image you receive has been edited individually. giving them all their own personal touch. Every image you receive will be edited in colour, and a large selection of photographs will also be edited in B&W.
Can I extend the hours of photography on the day of the wedding?
Of course! If you require me for additional hours I charge £100 per hour. This can be a last-minute decision too, I never say no to staying longer at a wedding, as they're just so much fun to capture!
Do I have to buy prints through you?
The simple answer to that is no! Although I do offer a range of prints and products in all ranges of sizes, it's entirely up to you who you purchase these through. I can promise you this though, that the prints and products I offer, are of very high quality, and it's a breeze purchasing prints through my online store!
Do you offer destination wedding photography?
I do indeed! I have been incredibly lucky to have captured weddings abroad. I have had the pleasure of capturing a wedding in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, and also Paphos, Cyrpus. Each just as beautiful and perfect as the other. If you are getting married abroad and were interested in my services, then please let me know. I offer a completely different pricing structure, and I think you will be surprised at how I price it and what I have to offer!
How does the booking process work?
I like to keep this process as simple as I can, so we are always on the same page. During the booking process, I give you access to your own online booking portal, where you can pick and choose the right package for you, make payments, sign a contract, etc. Once you wish to go ahead with the booking all I ask for is an initial 20% deposit to secure the booking. Then I ask for the rest of the payment to be covered 7 days before your wedding day. I will never rush you for payments, and that's a promise!
